This week’s round up. With renovations underway, we are still on our vegetarian kick to save money. We’ll have to book in our Hawksmoor Trip to get our meat fix in!
After a long day doing DIY to get everything ready for our builders we ended up ordering Pizza from Pizza Go-Go.
Stuffed Eggplant from Food52. Jury is still out on these. We baked and grilled them instead of deep-frying them but they weren’t as nice.
Lighter Sesame Noodles from Martha Stewart. We used normal egg noodles and added some soy beans. Great lunch dish.
Greek Salad with Zucchini and Tomatoes from Martha Stewart.
Vegetable Enchiladas from Martha Stewart. These were really yummy.
Easy Sweet Potato Veggie Burger from Lunch Box Bunch. These were a leftover portion from last week.
Vegetarian Black Bean Chilli from Martha Stewart.
