It’s been kind of a funny week, since we’ve been out and about a lot this week.

We had enough leftover for another whole meal, plus a serve for lunch. Great value recipe and freezes well.
Special Sunday Lunch Edition: Roast Pork at the Jolly Butchers, Stoke Newington.
Great selection of beers, food was just ok.
Dinner: Chilli Con Carne served in taco shells from BBC Good Food.
We had some leftover mince and used black beans to bulk it up a little. Served with guacamole, grated cheese and salad. Yum!

I had a work function at the British Museum so we decided to celebrate National Chip Week (Yes, really) by going to our local chippie and making chip buddies. Pesto, Peas and Pine Nuts Pasta from the Daily Meal ended up being left for lunch the next day.
Our monthly dinner at Hawksmoor. This time we went to Guildhall for amazing burgers. It is such a treat to be able to eat there every month and the service is always amazing. I should we won the prize in their Action Against Hunger charity raffle.
